Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Vishwanath, director-general of the International Institute of the Juche Idea, paid a condolatory visit to the DPRK embassy in New Delhi on Dec. 21 over the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

He placed a bunch of flowers before Kim Jong Il's portrait and expressed deep condolences.

He wrote in the mourners' book:

The loadstar of the world fell down.

The great man who was born to save mankind is no longer with us.

There is no such great man as HE Kim Jong Il in the world. He is always with us.
