Songs Reflect Strong Will of Korean People

Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- The DPRK's TV and radio broadcast songs "Hold High the Red Flag", "Song of Comradeship" and "We'll Travel One Road Forever" when the whole world is mourning the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

These songs, created many years ago, are still popular among the Korean people, who have advanced along the road of victory and glory, sharing the destiny with the Workers' Party, the leader and the country.

The songs reflect the Korean people's strong will to unite around their leader and accomplish his cause without fail.

Speaking to KCNA, Kim Il Nam, an officer of the Korean People's Army, voiced his determination to always share the will and destiny with respected Comrade Kim Jong Un, singing these songs.

Kim Jong Hwa, a 44-year-old woman living in Sukchon County, South Phyongan Province, said, "I will hold higher the red flag of the revolution dyed with blood shed by the revolutionary forerunners and uphold the leadership of respected Comrade Kim Jong Un."
