Pyongyang, December 24 (KCNA) -- Lucas Nguema Esono, general secretary of the Democratic Party of Equatorial Guinea, on Dec. 21 sent a message of condolences to the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea on the demise of leader Kim Jong Il.

The message said that he received the news that leader Kim Jong Il passed away.

Upon authorization of the president, he, on behalf of all the party members, expressed the most profound condolences to the Central Military Commission of the Workers' Party of Korea and its Vice-Chairman Kim Jong Un who undergo bitter sorrow and irrevocable grief of loss, it noted, wishing for the immortality of Kim Jong Il.
