Pyongyang, December 20 (KCNA) -- The Roh Moo Hyun Foundation of south Korea clarified that it would send a mourning group, upon hearing the sad news that leader Kim Jong Il passed away.

Expressing condolences over the demise of Chairman of the DPRK National Defence Commission Kim Jong Il, the foundation stated that it is important to implement the October 4 declaration provided by him for development of the north-south relations.
