Kim Jong Suk's Feats and Trait Praised Abroad

Pyongyang, December 18 (KCNA) -- Newspapers of Nepal and India dedicated special write-ups to the 94th birth anniversary of anti-Japanese war hero Kim Jong Suk.

The Nepali paper Janmabhumi on Dec. 10 carried an article titled "Her Desire" with a picture of Kim Jong Suk, woman commander of Mt. Paektu. The article said:

The desire of Kim Jong Suk was in a word to build a rich and powerful country, where the people lead a happy life, in Korea true to the cause of President Kim Il Sung.

She devoted her all to the country and the people till the last moments of her life since she embarked upon the road of revolution to liberate Korea from the military occupation by the Japanese imperialists.

What she desired so ardently is now being translated into a reality thanks to leader Kim Jong Il.

Signal successes are being made in the DPRK day by day, the paper said, adding this shows that the desire of Kim Jong Suk deeply revered by the Korean people is being successfully realized.

Nepal's other paper Nepal Today on Dec. 12 carried a photo of Kim Jong Suk and an article praising the feats of her who dedicated all her life to the women's emancipation.

The Indian paper India Europe News and Information Bureau on Dec. 12 carried an article saying that Kim Jong Suk devoted her all to comrades and people.
