Pyongyang, December 17 (KCNA) -- DPRK Premier Choe Yong Rim Saturday sent a message of greeting to his Qatari counterpart Sheikh Hamad Bin Jassim Bin Jabr Al-Thani on the independence day of the country.

Expressing belief that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would steadily develop in all fields, the message wished him new success in the work for development and modernization of the country.
