Pyongyang, December 17 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Friday sent a congratulatory message to Ali Ahmed Karti on his reappointment as foreign minister of Sudan.

In the message he wished his Sudanese counterpart bigger success in his work, expressing belief that the friendly and cooperative relations between the two countries would grow stronger.
