Moscow, December 11 (KCNA) -- Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Lyavkov rejected the U.S. proposal concerning the MD in an interview with a TV radio on Friday.

He noted Russia can not agree on the conditions raised by the U.S. as for the MD issue as they hurt Russia's interests.

Russia hopes for the agreement on this matter but such an agreement should be a realistic one, he said.
