Pyongyang, December 6 (KCNA) -- A doctorate of the DPRK was conferred on Pak Yun Sam, a teacher of University of Science who made great contributions to solving the problem of household fuel in an effective way.

A ceremony of awarding the doctorate took place at the People's Palace of Culture Tuesday.
