Havana, December 2 (KCNA) -- Cuba is paying efforts to developing the oil industry.

It is planning to expand the oil refineries in Cienfuegos and Santiago de Cuba provinces and build a new refinery in Matanzas Province. And two oil chemical factories will be built in Cienfuegos Province with big government investment.
