Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- The president of the European Commission on November 23 expressed serious concern over the economic situation of Europe.

Introducing the commission's recommendations for improving the European economic situation, Jose Manuel Barroso said the current economic situation of Europe has become worse than in January.
