Pyongyang, November 29 (KCNA) -- China and Venezuela agreed to boost bilateral relations in the fields of energy, telecom and agriculture on Nov. 24.

On Nov. 21 the member countries of the East African Community agreed to construct an oil and gas infrastructure.
