Moscow, November 27 (KCNA) -- Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin called for ensuring transport security in the country.

Addressing a recent meeting of the Standing Committee of the Government, Putin said up-to-date security standards should be applied to the overall transport field.

To this end, it is essential to educate and reeducate transport personnel and evaluate their work on a regular basis, while establishing order in organizational work and management, he added.
