Pyongyang, November 28 (KCNA) -- A protocol on the meeting for economic, scientific and technological cooperation and development in 2012 and a protocol on the commodity exchange in 2012 were signed between the DPRK and Cuba governments in Havana on November 24.

The protocols were separately inked by DPRK Ambassador to Cuba Kwon Sung Chol and First Vice-Minister of Trade and Foreign Investment of Cuba Orlando Hernandez.
