Tehran, November 26 (KCNA) -- Iran's police chief in a speech at a meeting on Nov. 23 labeled the United States and the West as wreckers of the regional stability.

The U.S. and its satellites have kept their armed forces in the region for the past ten years under the pretext of "anti-terrorism" but it has wrecked stability and increased terrorist acts, organized crimes and drug trafficking, he said.

The regional countries should ensure the regional stability through collective cooperation, he stressed.
