Pyongyang, November 26 (KCNA) -- The Kazakh foreign minister Monday expressed his country's stand to develop the alliance with Russia.

Speaking at a press interview, he said that it is one of the top priorities in the country's foreign policy to develop the alliance with Russia.

The two countries take similar positions in many international political and economic issues, he added.
