Beijing, November 25 (KCNA) -- The Publicity Department of the C.C., the Communist Party of China recently issued a notice calling for following the experience gained by the party committee of the Air Engineering University in educating its cadets.

The notice urged all units and sectors to give priority to training able persons of good traits and educate them in the excellent traditions of the Communist Party.
