Beijing, November 24 (KCNA) -- The Information Office of the Chinese State Council Tuesday released a white paper "China's policy and action of coping with climatic change (2011)."

The white paper reviews the successes made in the effort for meeting with climatic change in the period of the 11th five-year plan and sets the target to be attained in the period of the 12th five-year plan.
