Beijing, November 22 (KCNA) -- China's Ministry of Education recently issued a notice urging officials of educational institutions at all levels to come into constant contact with teachers, students and their parents.

The notice said the officials should get a deep understanding of their actual conditions and problems and solve them properly.

It also called for ensuring the teachers and students' security and helping them overcome difficulties to eliminate public concerns.
