Havana, November 22 (KCNA) -- About 15 000 women staged a demonstration in Cuba on Nov. 19 in demand of the release of patriots detained in the U.S. prison.

The demonstrators strongly denounced the illegal act of the U.S. which has detained five Cuban patriots who fought against terrorism.

Reportedly, taking part in this demo was an American woman peace champion whose son was killed in the Iraqi war.
