Pyongyang, November 22 (KCNA) -- Ichiro Ozawa, ex-representative of the Democratic Party of Japan (DPJ), voiced opposition to Japan's possession of nuclear weapons on Saturday.

Ozawa, in an article posted on a website, said he does not agree with the opinion that Japan, too, should be armed with nuclear weapons. He also said Japan's possession of nuclear weapons is meaningless from both military and political point of view.
