Pyongyang, November 19 (KCNA) -- A majority of experts remain pessimistic over global economic outlook and global governance over the next year, according to a quarterly survey released by Geneva-based World Economic Forum (WEF) on Wednesday.

Over 1 000 global experts from both the public and private sectors were surveyed for the second quarterly Global Confidence Index. Of the respondents, 70 percent remain pessimistic about the global economic outlook.
