Moscow, November 18 (KCNA) -- Gale damage is increasing in Arkhangelsk of Russia.

The water of a river rose to about 3 meters, over 500 dwelling houses inundated. Dozens of inhabitants were evacuated. Emergency relief work is being done in the afflicted area.
