Beijing, November 17 (KCNA) -- An executive meeting of the State Council of China was held on November 16.

The meeting, officiated by Premier Wen Jiabao, discussed building a state eco-conserving experimental centre for the sources of three rivers in Qinghai Province.

A draft amendment to the budget law was also discussed and adopted at the meeting.
