Pyongyang, November 18 (KCNA) -- The high-ranking military delegation of the Chinese People's Liberation Army led by Li Jinai, member of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China and director of the General Political Department of the CPLA, flew back home Friday by a chartered plane.
