Beijing, November 16 (KCNA) -- Xu Caihou, vice-chairman of the Central Military Commission of China, stressed the importance of youth affairs in the army.

Speaking at a meeting with young servicepersons on Friday, Xu said youth affairs are a very important work vital in the ideological and political work.

He also called for valuing young servicepersons and properly carrying on the work with them, out of the view that youth affairs are related to the future of the country.
