Moscow, November 16 (KCNA) -- A gale hit Arkhangelsk of Russia recently causing damage.

As of Nov. 15 power cables were cut off which stopped electricity supply for about 1,500 inhabitants and brought damage to water transportation.

Emergency steps are taken to eradicate the aftermath.
