Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- Kim Yong Nam, president of the Presidium of the DPRK Supreme People's Assembly, on Monday sent a congratulatory message to Micheal Higgins on his election as President of Ireland.

Kim in the message wished the Irish President success in his responsible work for prosperity of the country and welfare of its people.
