S. Korean Authorities' Conservative Policy Condemned

Pyongyang, November 14 (KCNA) -- The south Korean conservative authorities' policy holds in check the independent development and democratization of the society and stands in the way of the country's reunification. The maintenance of the treacherous policy, therefore, diametrically runs counter to the wish and demand of the people.

Rodong Sinmun Monday says this in a by-lined article in this regard.

It goes on:

The south Korean conservative authorities' foreign policy is consistent with sycophancy toward the U.S. and dependence on outside forces.

They are a group of traitors seized by sycophancy and flunkeyism.

It was raised by the U.S. and subsists with its help.

The group's sycophancy toward the U.S. and dependence on outside forces have reached an extreme phase at present.

The south Koran authorities have shut down the north-south dialogue and cooperation and stoked confrontation under the pretext of "maintenance of principles". They also derailed the north-south relations that had favorably developed and increased the danger of a war, posing a serious threat to the peace on the peninsula and the security of the nation.

North-south confrontation is what the south Korean conservative group seek out of their nature.

History and reality teach a serious lesson that it is impossible to achieve the unity of the nation and the reunification of the country nor is it possible to save the nation from a catastrophe unless the south Korean conservative group's "policy toward the north" is terminated.

The conservative group's disposition remains unchanged and so is its policy whatever its signboard might be.
