Moscow, November 11 (KCNA) -- Russia's prime minister called for establishing a satellite communication system within the framework of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO.)

Speaking at a recent press conference, Vladimir Putin suggested that SCO pay attention to the establishment of its mobile satellite communication system proposed by Russia and China.

He said the SCO member nations could take flexible and intensive forms to implement their cooperation programs.
