Beijing, November 10 (KCNA) -- The chairwoman of the All－China Women's Federation called upon the women and their organizations to enhance their role in promoting a great development and prosperity of socialist culture.

During her recent inspection tour of Fujian Province, she said the women's organizations should give priority to deeply studying and sincerely implementing the spirit of the Communist Party plenum.
