Havana, November 10 (KCNA) -- Raul Castro Ruz, president of the Council of State of Cuba, appointed Leopoldo Cintra Frias as minister of Revolutionary Armed Forces.

Leopoldo was the first vice－minister of Revolutionary Armed Forces.

The Cuban government issued a press release concerning his appointment on Tuesday.
