Moscow, November 10 (KCNA) -- Dmitri Rogozin, Russian permanent representative to NATO, on Nov. 8 expressed serious concern over the U.S. military move.

The U.S. plans to deploy warships equipped with missiles in the Arctic Sea, Baltic Sea and Barents Sea and thus build missile defense system in Europe close to Russia's border, he said.

The U.S. describes it as a temporary one but Russian cannot interpret it otherwise than constant one, he noted, adding Russia does not trust the U.S. explanation of it.
