Pyongyang, November 11 (KCNA) -- Several days of heavy rains hit the central Vietnam.

The rains and ensuing flood and landslide left seven persons dead and three others missing as of Nov. 8. More than 10 000 persons were evacuated and roads were blocked, paralyzing traffic.

The rescue operations are being done.
