Pyongyang, November 9 (KCNA) -- The Northern Kyonggi Provincial Solidarity for Progress of south Korea in a commentary on Nov. 7 accused the GI criminal of his appeal to a court.

He was sentenced to prison terms for his sexual assault on teenage girl student. In fact he has nothing to complain about even if he had been condemned to death, but he appealed against the court decision, sparking off the wrath of the people.

Recalling this fact, the commentary strongly denounced his impudent deed.

A signature campaign is going on in Tongduchon in demand of punishment of the GI criminal, it noted, calling for stern punishment of the criminal to give a warning to the U.S. troops.
