Beijing, November 8 (KCNA) -- The Organization Department of the C.C., the Communist Party of China recently distributed a notice for strengthening the examination of cadres' characters.

The notice said the examination of cadres' political and moral characters should be strengthened with emphasis put on their loyalty to the party and people, integrity and spirit of voluntarily observing discipline.

It called for applying the results of the examination to the selection, appointment and training of cadres.
