Moscow, November 8 (KCNA) -- Russian vice foreign minister Sergei Lyavkov at a recent press interview clarified the country's stand against the pressure aimed at regime change on Iran.

Russia is opposed to pressure and blackmail geared to regime change, he said, adding such ways are not allowable.

He called for negotiated settlement of the nuclear issue of Iran.
