Authorities' Unjust Policy on Registration Fee Flayed in S. Korea

Pyongyang, November 7 (KCNA) -- A deputy spokesman for the Democratic Labor Party of south Korea issued a commentary on Friday to flail the authorities' unjust policy on registration fee.

It noted that the universities or colleges in across south Korea additionally exacted over 655 billions of won in total for registration fee in the past 5 years.

They raised the registration fee by making false accounts in way of deducting profits for the foundations or registering fewer profits, it said, adding:

The disclosed fact proves that it is by no means impossible to cut down the registration fee.

Nevertheless, the "government" and the "Grand National Party" went back on their commitment to halving the registration fee, and recently made a proposal for introducing insignificant scholarship as a measure for reducing the fee.

The commentary urged the authorities to roll back at once such proposal, which will be of no help to the settlement of the registration fee issue, and make a proper measure.
