Beijing, November 3 (KCNA) -- The State Council of China had an executive meeting on October 29, presided over by Premier Wen Jiabao.

Discussed at the meeting were such issues as stabilizing prices, taking measures for harvesting and agricultural production in autumn and winter, improving the people's living and ensuring labor safety.
