Beijing, November 3 (KCNA) -- A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesman Wednesday expressed the country's stand to further develop the relationship with Kyrgyzstan.

Referring to a presidential election held successfully in Kyrgyzstan some time ago, Hong Lei told a press conference that China will steadily consolidate the traditional friendship and strengthen reciprocal cooperation with Kyrgyzstan in several fields.

China will promote a continuous development of the good-neighborly and cooperative relations with Kyrgyzstan through bilateral coordination within multilateral framework like the United Nations and the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, he added.
