Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- Japan's housing starts in September fell 10.8 percent from a year earlier, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism said Monday.

Renesas Electronics Corp. on Monday reported a consolidated net loss of 42.01 billion yen for the April-September period.
