Punishment of Anti-DPRK Maniacs Called for in S. Korea

Pyongyang, November 4 (KCNA) -- The "Path of the Nation," organ of the South Headquarters of the Pan-national Alliance for Korea's Reunification, Wednesday issued an article titled "Anti-reunification maniacs keen on confrontation with the DPRK are bound to pay dear price".

The harsh suppression is going on under the pretext of the "incident of the Iljin Association", anti-DPRK and anti-reunification confrontational farce, the article said, pointing out that the Intelligence Service (IS) cooked up the incident by invoking the notorious "National Security Law".

The suppression is targeted against those who have conducted the work for the south-north exchange and cooperation including the pro-reunification activists and personages of opposition parties, the article held.

IS has so far kicked up the racket for cooking up spyring case. As a result, 70 odd innocent people have been suppressed, it deplored.

Moreover, IS is making desperate efforts to link the case with the above-said organization, it said, stating that with no fascist tyranny can deter the organization from conducting reunification movement.

It urged the "government" and IS not to fabricate such a case any more but stop at once the crackdown upon the pro-reunification activists.
