Pyongyang, November 2 (KCNA) -- Choe Yong Rim, premier of the DPRK, Tuesday sent a message of greeting to Valdis Dombrovskis upon his reappointment as prime minister of Latvia.

The message wished the prime minister success in his responsible work for the prosperity of the country and well-being of the people.

Meanwhile DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun sent a similar message to Edgars Rinkvis on his appointment as foreign minister of Latvia on the same day.
