Pyongyang, November 1 (KCNA) -- DPRK Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun Monday sent a congratulatory message to Sheikh Sabah Al Khalid Al Hamad Al Sabah on his appointment as deputy prime minister and foreign minister of Kuwait.

Expressing belief that the good relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries would grow stronger, the message wished him success in his new job for the development of the country's external relations.
