Beijing, October 31 (KCNA) -- A military drill codenamed "Vanguard-2011" began at the Queshan joint tactical training base in Jinan military district in China on Saturday. The drill will take four days.

The several-stage drill will reportedly take place under simulated conditions of a real war, with emphasis put on reviewing and enhancing combat capabilities of motorized and airborne units.
