Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman tries to destroy peace by inciting against Palestinian National Authority President Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian presidency said Wednesday.

Nabil Abu Rdineh, Abbas' spokesman, said that Lieberman's remarks also aimed at "sabotaging the efforts" of the international Quartet, which started meetings between Palestinian and Israeli officials Wednesday in a bid to revive the peace talks.

Israel is none other than the wrecker of peace and Palestinians positively support Abbas, he stressed.
