New Documentary Produced

Pyongyang, October 29 (KCNA) -- The Juvenile Film Production Company of Pyongyang University of Dramatic and Cinematic Arts recently produced a documentary film "Blessed Happy Children".

The film shows picture of happy Korean children growing up with no more to desire under the care of General Secretary Kim Jong Il who is devoting himself to posterity with a noble outlook on the future.

Kim Jong Il happily accepted the request of ordinary people to name their newborn babies though he was very busy with his field guidance.

Among them are such children as Hong Dan in Mt. Paektu area, Chuk Bok who is daughter of a pro-reunification patriotic fighter and Kwang Myong who is son of a couple of discharged soldiers in Wonsan Youth Power Station. This shows the particular care shown by Kim Jong Il who is very much pleased with the birth of new lives.

Kyong Yon, who was born during the days of contest of art groups of military families, and So Gum, daughter of a couple of builders of Kwangmyongsong Saltern, are also blessed by him.

The film vividly portrays the appearance of children growing up to be able workers who would shoulder upon the future of a powerful and prosperous nation amid the deep interest of the people across the country, while conveying beautiful stories touching the heartstrings of the people.
