Moscow, October 27 (KCNA) -- Sergei Lavrov, foreign minister of Russia, accused the U.S. of its unjust measure on Wednesday.

He labeled it an unjust measure that the U.S. included Russia in the blacklist of countries of concern to the U.S., while pulling it up over a lawyer's death during prejudication.

The U.S. should raise issues and settle them through contacts with executive organs and the parliament, not just working out "blacklist", he stressed.
