Beijing, October 26 (KCNA) -- Liu Yunshan, head of the Publicity Department of the C.C., the Communist Party of China, recently clarified the country's stand to strengthen friendship and cooperation with developing nations.

Speaking at a meeting with participants in a seminar of information ministers of developing nations in Beijing, Liu said to develop friendship and cooperation with developing nations is a basis of the country's foreign policy and its long-term and steadfast strategic choice.

China is willing to boost cooperation and expand exchange with developing nations in the information field, he added.
