Pyongyang, October 27 (KCNA) -- Choe Yong Rim, premier of the DPRK, Thursday sent a message of greeting to Ralph Gonsalves, prime minister of Saint Vincent and Grenadines, on the 32nd anniversary of its independence.

The message wished him success in his work for development of the country and promotion of people's well-being.
